For products purchased more than 60 days ago a $4.95 shipping and handling fee is required.
Our refund policy is 30 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund after this period, however, we do offer an Unconditional Lifetime Guarantee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. PLEASE NOTE*: When you are returning an item, please send your: Full Name, Complete Address, Phone Number and Email Address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. A credit card statement will also suffice. Please do not send your purchase back to the retailer, EXCEPT if your purchase was made at Sam's Club or Kroger Co, or Kroger owned stores, in which case you can return your product back to their Customer Service Desk.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
