Step 3: On the site you're directed to, scroll down and select option "Request Replacement" and fill out the form.
Your image or video will be reviewed by our support team in the order it was received. Upon approval you will receive an email with instruction on how to replace your item (which will include a grand total $4.95 for shipping & handling.)
*Note: If the item was purchased within the last 60 days, we will waive the $4.95 shipping and handling. Proof of purchase is also required. Upload your receipt for approval.
